Kacche kele ke vade

Ingredients to make Kacche kele ke vade

  • 4 raw bananas
  • 1 potato
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 inch ginger grated
  • coriander leaves
  • cumin seeds roasted
  • coriander seeds roasted
  • Red chillies roasted
  • A pinch of garam masala
  • salt to taste

How to make Kacche kele ke vade

  1. Boil potato and raw bananas and peel them, grate them so that they are evenly mashed.
  2. Fine chop green chillies, grate ginger, and finely chop coriander leaves.
  3. Add the chillies, ginger and coriander leaves to the mashed potato and raw banana.
  4. Add roasted cumin powder, roasted coriander powder and a pinch of roasted red chili powder, garam masala and salt to taste.
  5. Make a dough out of it, make small roundels out of it.
  6. In a pan take little bit of oil and cook till golden on both sides.

My Tip:

You can have them with hung curd that's the best dip you can have it with.

you can bake them as well but I have done them in pan.
