Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boild rice 2 bowl
  2. 1 spoon chana dal
  3. 4 to 5 curry leaves
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. 1/2spoon mustured
  6. 1/4spoon haldi
  7. Salt according your tast
  8. 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. first boil the rice and keep aside.
  2. Take 2 spoon oil in a pan,add mustard, chana daal and saute.
  3. Add curry leaves and turmeric.Mix and add cooked rice too.
  4. Add salt and lemon juice and mix well.
