Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice 2 bowl
  2. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  3. Turmeric Powder
  4. Salt
  5. curry leaves
  6. Mustard seeds
  7. Peanuts
  8. Hing
  9. Chana dal
  10. Dry red chilli
  11. Oil 2 tb sp

Instructions

  1. Heat Oil and add mustard seeds. Let it splutter.
  2. Add dry red chilli, hing and dry chana dal. Saute till chana dal turns light brown.
  3. Add peanuts and saute again.
  4. Add curry leaves.
  5. Now add turmeric powder and remove pan from heat.
  6. Add hing.
  7. Gradually add the cooked rice and mix with the spices.
  8. Put the pan back on heat. Add the lemon juice and salt and mix well. Adjust seasoning.
  9. Lemon rice is ready to serve!
