Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 Gms quail, cleaned
  2. 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  3. 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  4. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  5. 2 tablespoons red chilly powder
  6. 1 tablespoon cumin -coriander powder
  7. 1 tablespoon thick curd
  8. 2 tablespoons rice flour
  9. Salt, to taste


  1. In a bowl, take quail, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, cumin -coriander powder, curd and salt. Mix well and marinate for 30 min.
  2. Heat oil in pan. Just before frying, add rice flour and mix well.
  3. Drop the marinated quails to oil gently and fry till it turns golden brown.
  4. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy
