ABOUT Paneer pasanda RECIPE

Its creamy healthy and resto style.can be eaten with naan and tandoori roti.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 gm paneer
  2. 6-7 tomatoes
  3. 2 onion
  4. 2 tbsp ginger garlic
  5. 1 bowl cream
  6. 1/2 tbsp kasuri methi
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1tbsp red chilli
  9. 1tbsp coriander
  10. 1/2 tbsp kitchen king masala
  11. 8_10 cashew

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add cashew onion tomato Ginger and garlic boil for 10 mn.s
  2. Sieve and grind in smooth paste.
  3. Cut paneer in triangle shape.
  4. Now saute paste by adding spices including kasuri methi now add pieces of paneer add bowl of cream.
  5. Ready to eat paneer pasanda.
