Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. GREEN MASALA PASTE
  2. 1 inch ginger
  3. 10 garlic cloves
  4. 10 greenchilli
  5. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  6. CASHEWNUT PASTE:
  7. handful of cashewnur
  8. 1/2tsp cumin seeds
  9. 1/2 of lemon
  10. coriander leaves
  11. MUTTON MASALA
  12. 1/2 kg mutton
  13. 3 onion
  14. Green masala paste
  15. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  16. 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  17. 1/2 tsp redchilli powder
  18. salt to taste
  19. waster
  20. OTHER INGREDIENTS
  21. 2 garlic crushed
  22. 2 hard boiled eggs
  23. 2 beaten eggs
  24. 1 tomato sliced
  25. 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  1. PREPARE GREEN MASALA PASTE Grind together ginger , garlic,greenchilli , coriander leaves,cumin seeds .
  2. Grind it to smooth paste
  3. soak cashew nuts in water and grind with ,cumin seeds , coriander leaves and lemon juice and keep aside
  4. In a cooker add oil onion chopped cook till transparent and golden brown 
  5.  then add the prepared green masala saute it well till raw smell goes
  6. Then add turmericpowder.
  7. Add redchilli powder
  8. coriander powder ,
  9. salt
  10. Add the mutton pieces
  11. Add water mix it well.
  12. cook till done.
  13. Then add ground cashewnut paste and allow to boil for 2 mins .
  14. In another pan add ghee and add crushed garlic .
  15. when it is browned add to the cooked mutton.
  16. In a baking dish spread the meat mix evenly 
  17. Then layer it with sliced hard boiled eggs 
  18. Then add in sliced tomato
  19. Add 2 beaten eggs(add salt and pepper to it or add tbsp of prepared meat mixture to it to avoid eggy smell if you don't like it)
  20. Finally garnish with corianderleaves on top of it.
  21. And bake @180 c for 15 to 20 mins...
