Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutton 1 cup
  2. Onion 2
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Potato 2
  5. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  6. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  9. Salt as required
  10. Oil as required
  11. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  12. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  13. Clove 1
  14. Cinnamon 1
  15. Cardamom 1
  16. Grated coconut 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Grind Cinnamon, cardamom and cloves,onion,ginger garlic paste.
  2. Grind coconut to take coconut milk
  3. In cooker heat oil add onion.saute it till golden brown.add tomato ,potato
  4. Mix well.add Turmeric powder,red chilli powder,Garam masala,salt.cook for 10 min.
  5. After add coriander powder.mix well.add water.boil it.after add coconut milk.
  6. Wait for 3 whistles.after add coriander leaves .cook for 15 min in low flame.
  7. Masala mutton curry is Ready.
