Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup soaked Quinua
  2. 2 whipped egg
  3. 2 glass milk
  4. 3/4 cup condensed milk
  5. 1/4 cup fresh cream
  6. 1/2 nicely chopped roasted dry nuts
  7. 1 tsp vanilla essences
  8. 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
  9. 1 tbsp roasted melon seeds
  10. Silver warq for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take soaked quinua with double amount of water in a vessels and cook it till smooth and keep aside it
  2. Now take whisked egg,cooked quinua and milk in pan and mix well
  3. Now keep this egg,quinua and milk pan over heat to cook
  4. When half done add condensed milk and continue stir
  5. When start to thick add fresh cream and nuts in it again stir it till nicely mix
  6. Finally add green cardamom powder and vanilla essence in it and mix well
  7. When it take proper consistency switch of gas and transfer in serving bowl
  8. Now garnish with silver warq,melon seeds and with some chopped almond and keep in fridge to chill
  9. Now Protien Packed Quinua and Egg Halwa is ready to serve as it is for more taste
