Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole milk 1 litre
  2. Beetlleaf / Pan Without Supari and chuna 3-4
  3. Finely chopped dry fruits 1 tablespoon
  4. Condensed milk 1 cup
  5. Cherry for garnishing
  6. Sugar 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Add sugar and milk and cook it with consistent stirring until half of it's original quantity
  2. Let the thickened milk cool completely and add condensed milk
  3. Cut pan in to small peices
  4. In a blender take thickened milk, condensed milk and chopped pan
  5. Blend it well in to Smooth and froathy mixture . Add finely chopped dry fruits to it and mix gently
  6. Transfer it to Heart shape moulds or air tight container or kulfi moulds .
  7. Cover them and freeze for 5-6 hours till it sets
  8. Garnish with some cherries and dry fruits ...and serve immediately and enjoy endlessly
