Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Crumbled paneer-1/2cup
  2. Some kesar strands
  3. Milk-1ltr
  4. SUGAR-3TBSP
  5. Badam coarsely powder-2tbsp
  6. Rose petals for decoration
  7. 6 kulfi mould

Instructions

  1. Collect ingredients.
  2. Boil milk on high flame.
  3. Add crushed cardamom and saffron strands mix and after boiling reduce heat . stirring continuously.
  4. While reducing milk add paneer and badam powder mix nicely when milk get thick than add sugar mix nicely.
  5. Now off the flame and give it one blend with blender ,mixture should be smooth.
  6. Now let it cool in room temperature.
  7. When cool it than pour in kulfi moulds and keep it in freezer for overnight or 6-8hours.
  8. Once set the kulfi than remove from mould and decorate with rose petals and badam
