Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk - 5 cup full cream
  2. Whole dried milk / mawa - 50 gms
  3. Kesar / saffron - few strands
  4. Sugar - 2 tbsp
  5. Roughly chopped pistachio - 2 tbsp
  6. Milk powder - 100 gms

Instructions

  1. Soak kesar / saffron in one tbsp of cold milk.
  2. Boil milk in heavy bottom vessel.
  3. Once boiled,keep it in a low flame.
  4. Once the milk reduced to 1/4 add mawa / whole dried milk.
  5. Add milk powder and sugar and mix well
  6. Add saffron / kesar and roughly chopped pistachio and mix well.
  7. Now we get yellow color.
  8. Let the milk cool down,pour it into air tight container or kulfi mold.
  9. Keep it 4 - 5 hours in freezer.
  10. Enjoy this kulfi with family.
