ABOUT Chicken Sikh kebabs RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken boneless 250 gm
  2. Ginger 1/2 inch piece
  3. Garlic 6 to 8
  4. Green chilly paste 6 to 8
  5. Whole red chilly 3
  6. Poppy seed 1 tsp
  7. Sesame seed 1 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil 2 tbsp
  11. Serve with
  12. Green chutney
  13. Tomato roundals
  14. Onion rings

Instructions

  1. In a chopper ad chicken and all ingredients except oil. Grind to a fine paste.
  2. Take skewers and makes kebabs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry kebabs till done. Keep turning while frying.
  4. Serve with onion rings and tomato roundals and green chutney.
