Shakkarpara

Ingredients to make Shakkarpara

  • maida 1 cup
  • ghee 1 tbsp
  • sugar 1/4 cup
  • oil for Deep frying
  • water 1 cup

How to make Shakkarpara

  1. Take maida
  2. Take ghee
  3. Take water
  4. Take sugar
  5. Mix sugar,water and put them to boil
  6. Pour ghee cook 2-3 minutes on low flame
  7. Turn off flame.take boiling syrup in a bowl and let it cool down.
  8. Add enough flour and make into a soft kneaded dough.
  9. Don't rest it .Fry it immediately by making into your desired shapes
  10. I fried by making small balls and pressing them litlle
  11. And then deep fry in oil.fry in low flame
  12. Shakkar para is ready.

My Tip:

For syrup to make dough adjust flour if you want
