Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1.5 cup whole wheat flour
  2. 3 TSP OLIVE OIL
  3. 2 egg
  4. 6-7 tomato puree
  5. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  6. 1 tsp italian seasoning
  7. 1/2 cup grated chesse
  8. 3-4 garlic cloves
  9. Salt and pepper
  10. Olive oil
  11. 1 carrot,capsicum ,onion,ginger ,garlic finely chopped
  12. 1.5 cup quinoa

Instructions

  1. Soak quinoa for 20 min in water.
  2. Take a pan add oil then add chopped ginger,garlic then add onion then add chopped vegetables and cook for 10 min then add quinoa and add 2 cup water and cook it till water dry.
  3. For wheat flour dough: Take a bowl add whole wheat flour,salt to taste,eggs ,olive oil and kneed a stiff dough not to tight and not too soft and rest it for 1 hour.
  4. Take dough and roll it out in rectangles then boil it for 5-8 min and take it out and let it cool .
  5. Take another pan heat oil add garlic and then add tomato puree and cook till it thicken then add salt ,pepper,chilli flakes and italian seasoning and let it cool.
  6. Take boiled pasta sheet and stuff prepared quinoa filling and put aside then take baking tray pour prepared sauce and put all stuffed pasta sheet and add grated chesse on top and bake it for 10-12 min at 180.c
  7. Garnish with chilli powder,mint powder and fresh chopped coariander..
