ABOUT Iftaar Fruit Chaat Bowl.... RECIPE

A simple bowl of goodness enriched with vitamins and minerals. These bowls will make for a lovely treat laden with fresh fruits. A simple yet an elegant bowl of happiness that will be loved by many. It is an almost everyday affair at our iftaar and looks so very refreshing with the other goodies. Enjoy the festive season with it's delicious seasonal fruits and others at iftaar with your loved ones and guests. Dig into this bowl of freshness and enjoy breaking your fast thoroughly. Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Apples cubed very finely 4
  2. Bananas cut into cubes 6-7
  3. Black grapes cut into small pieces 3 cups
  4. Green grapes cut into small pieces 3 cups
  5. Pears cut into small pieces 4
  6. Apricot cut into small pieces 5-6
  7. Plums chopped finely 7
  8. Mangoes cut into small cubes 4
  9. Pineapple cut into small pieces 1 cup
  10. Oranges chopped 3-4
  11. Sugar 2 tbsp
  12. Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  13. Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  14. Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  15. Dates pitted 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Add all the fruits to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add other ingredients to it and give that all a good mix.
  3. Lastly squeeze a small lemon into it.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for atleast an hour.
  5. Serve them in shot glasses or bowls as desired to your loved ones.
  6. Top up with a few pitted dates in each bowl.
