Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 tea spoon salt
  2. 200 grams Cottage cheese (paneer)
  3. 1 big bowl Oats(soaked in water for 1 hour)
  4. 1" piece Ginger(finely chopped)
  5. 4-6 cloves Garlic(finely chopped)
  6. 3-4 green chillies
  7. 5- Red whole red chillies roughly grinded
  8. 4 tablespoon refined oil
  9. 1/2 tea spoon Mixed herbs
  10. 1/2 tea spoon oregano
  11. 3tablespoonmuskmelon seeds
  12. 1 small bowl Corriander leaves
  13. 1 small bowl whole wheat (

Instructions

  1. Soak Oats for an hour throw water and mix them in finely grated paneer, ginger-garlic, salt , roughly chopped red chillies, Oregano and mixed herbs.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal parts balls to make square patties press paneer oats ball lightly between your palm & give a proper shape with hole in center.
  3. Make a mixture of whole wheat with the help of water in a bowl and keep muskmelon seeds in separate plate.
  4. Dip each patties first in whole wheat mixture then in muskmelon seeds plate .
  5. Keep pan ready on gas with hot oil and place the patties on pan, turn it when they are shallow fried.
  6. Now take a serving plate keep fried Patties on it garnish it and serve it with tomato sauce or Chutney of your choice.
