ABOUT Broccoli Rajma patties RECIPE

Rajma patties are extremely rich in protein and I have tried a lot of times, it's the most yummy party snack as well as the power house of protein.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rajhma(cooked) - 1-cup
  2. Pumpkin seeds, secret ingredient, dried and ground - 1tsp
  3. Broccoli(cooked)-1-cup
  4. Onions chopped – 1/2cup
  5. Tomatoes – 1/2cup
  6. Green chillies-3-nos(medium size)
  7. Red Chilli powder – 1-tsp
  8. Amchur powder-1-tsp
  9. Turmeric powder – 1-tsp
  10. Maida batter to dip patties
  11. Bread crumbs to dust patties
  12. Oil to fry
  13. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl. Add the cooked rajma and broccoli
  2. Mash it well with a masher.
  3. Now add the raw onions, tomatoes, Turmeric powder Amchur powder, chilli powder, salt as required and knead it well.
  4. Add the secret ingredient, pumpkin seed powder. Now make it into a medium sized Patti.
  5. Dip it in the maida batter, drain the excess batter and dust It I breadcrumbs
  6. Heat oil and deep fry the patty. Make the rest of the mix in the similar way.
