ABOUT FALLEN SHAHI ROSE IN GREEN POND OF RABDI RECIPE

This is a delicious desert that i make for my family , and my kids love it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5/6 slices of bread,
  2. 1 fresh or dry rose petal washed,
  3. 2tsp rose syrup,
  4. 4 tsp of milk or as required,
  5. Oil fr frying
  6. #FR_RABDI
  7. 1 lt milk,
  8. 4 tsp sugar,
  9. 1 drop green color

Instructions

  1. Grind bread , rose petals nicely in grinder, remove in bowl
  2. Add rose syrup, milk and make a soft dough
  3. Meanwhile boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan and keep stirring constantly, scrape the sides of pan. Then add the sugar and color.
  4. Take dough make small ball's and roll it with rolling pin on plastic sheet
  5. Cut and give shape of rose, deep fry them
  6. Now place the roses in a serving try and pour rabdi all over in the tray.
