A delicious spicy Dahi with besan ke pakodas

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Phulki
  2. Besan 1cup
  3. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  4. Haldi powder 1/2tsp
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Water to soak Phulki 1litre
  7. Black salt 1tsp
  8. Hing 1/4tsp
  9. Curd 2cup thick
  10. Yellow Mirch powder 2tsp
  11. Black salt 1tsp
  12. Garlic paste 1tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Cumin powder 1tsp
  15. Coriander leaves chopped 2tbsp
  16. Grind for masala
  17. Green chillies 5
  18. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  19. Ginger 1inch

Instructions

  1. Whip besan with haldi and cumin seeds
  2. Whip till you feel the colour has changed and when you drop a little in a bowl of water it comes up immediately
  3. See the drops floating on top.. It means it is whipped properly
  4. Fry the Phulki in oil
  5. In a bowl of water add black salt and hing...
  6. Add in fried Phulki in water
  7. Prepare Dahi which should be thin in consistency
  8. Grind the masala and add in dahi
  9. Add all ingredients in Dahi
  10. Squeeze Phulki after half an hour and add in dahi
  11. Add coriander leaves chopped and serve chilled
