Take 1 or 1. 25 cups of warm water, add sugar and dry active yeast mix and keep it in a warm place, let the yeast activate.
Sieve the flour with salt.add the activated yeast mixture, Olive oil and mix all the ingredients and knead the dough add more water if required,
Dough should be slightly sticky and knead it for 5-6 minutes or till you get a smooth dough.keep the dough in greased bowl and cover with wet cotton cloth or lid and let it rest in a warm place for 40 min to 1 hour or double in size.
Remove the dough and punch and deflate it lightly and knead it again for 1-2 minutes.tuck the edges down on both sides of the bread loaf.
Place the bread in a greased loaf pan (9x5 inches) with the tucked edges facing downwards. Cover the loaf pan and let the dough rest in warm place for 40 minutes to 1 hour or double in size.
Preheat the oven at 220 degrees C for 5 minutes and lightly brush with milk on top of the bread.
Keep loaf pan in the oven and bake for 22-25 minutes or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped. When the bread is still lightly hot, remove from the loaf pan and keep it on a wired tray to cool. Slice when cool.
