Oats is a great source of iron,the fibre rich ,sliwburn carbohydrates in whole grain .n it can be prepare in very less oil it can be easy & quick recipe for kids.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1cup oats
  2. 1tsp ghee
  3. 1chopped tomato
  4. 1chopped onion
  5. 1/2 cup corn
  6. 1 cup water
  7. 1tsp salt
  8. 1tsp tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add ghee now add chopped onion saute for 1min.
  2. Now add tomato and cook it until tomato becomes soft .
  3. Now add oats & roast it until nice aroma not coming .
  4. Now add turmeric powder, salt , tomato sauce & water .
  5. Let it cook for 5-6 min .now serve healthy meal to your kids.
