Healthy recipe for fussy kids. My mom used to made this for us. Now i m following her.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Capsicum : 3 cut into rings
  2. Peppy tomato oats : 1/2 cup
  3. Suji : 4 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilli powder to taste
  6. Haldi powder to taste
  7. Curd : 1 tbsp
  8. Water : 1/2 cup or as needed
  9. Onion : 1 chopped
  10. Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
  11. Capsicum : 2 tbsp chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix oats and suji. Mix well. Add salt, red chilli powder and haldi powder. Mix well. Add curd and mix. Add water and mix well. Keep aside for 15 min. Consistency of the batter is not too thick and not too thin.
  2. Add onion and mix. Add chopped capsicum and mustard seeds and mix. Batter is ready. Wash capsicum, take out the seeds and cut in round shape, about 1 inch thick.
  3. Heat little oil on tawa. Slow the flame. Place one round ring of capsicum on tawa and fill it with batter. Drizzle little oil on sides. Cook on slow flame for few min and turn the side. Keep cooking on slow flame. Cook both sides till golden and crisp.
  4. Transfer it to a serving plate. Oats rava ring are ready to serve.
  5. Serve warm with kerry chutney.
