Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup Rawa
  2. 1/2 cup oats ( i used saffola masala oats)
  3. 1 onion chopped
  4. 1 TOMATO CHOPPED
  5. 2-3 green chillies chopped
  6. few chopped coriander leaves
  7. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  8. 1 cup curd
  9. salt as per taste
  10. 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  11. Water if needed
  12. Oil for making uttapams

Instructions

  1. First soak oats and rawa in the curd for 10 minutes.
  2. Now add chopped tomatoes, onions, coriander leaves, chillies, black pepper powder mustard seeds and salt to it . Mix well add a little water if needed.
  3. Batter is ready to make uttapams.
  4. Heat a non stick tawa. Spread a ladleful of batter. Cook from both sides using a little oil
  5. Serve
