A very light and yummy breakfast. Rawa onion uttapam and rawa idli with coconut sauce, sweet and spicy red chilli and garlic sauce and green chilli sauce.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For uttapam
  2. 1 cup Rawa
  3. Curd 1/2 cup
  4. 1/2 tsp Salt
  5. Chilli powder
  6. 2 Chopped Onions
  7. Chopped Coriander
  8. Water
  9. oil
  10. For Idlis
  11. 1 cup Rawa
  12. 1/2 cup curd
  13. 1/2 spoon salt
  14. 1 satchet Eno fruit salt
  15. Chopped Coriander
  16. oil


  1. For making uttapam ,take 1 cup rawa and half cup curd .
  2. Mix and make batter adding some salt and chilli powder.
  3. Heat up tawa and spread some oil on it.
  4. Put chopped onions on tawa and fry for 30 seconds. Arrange these on tawa in round shape.
  5. Put some batter on these onions.
  6. Cook both sides and spread fresh coriander.
  7. For making Idlis :
  8. Mix rawa ,curd and salt , make a little thick batter.
  9. Brush 4 microwave safe katoris with oil.
  10. Add eno sachet to batter and mix well.
  11. 4Spread some chopped coriander on each katori.
  12. Add 3 spoons of batter in each katori and tap to make it even.
  13. Arrange these katories in microwave and put one katori of water above these.
  14. Microwave for 3-4 minutes.
