A very simple & tasty recipe

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dosa batter - atleast 12 laddles
  2. Tomato - 2 cut into small pieces
  3. Onion - 2 cut similarly
  4. Coriander leaves - 2 tbspn
  5. Red chilly powder - little
  6. Molgapodi - 1 tspn
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil - about 2 to 3 tbspn for all uttapam

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put the batter in it.... put salt & mix well....
  2. Now take a non stick tawa & heat it.
  3. When hot reduce the flame & spread the batter....
  4. Put chopped tomato & onion pieces over the uttapam.
  5. Put coriander leaves also.
  6. Sprinkle red chilly pwdr & little molgapodi over it
  7. Drizzle oil over the uttapam & let it cook... Flip the uttapam & let it cook on the other side also.... Oil can be drizzled again....
  8. Turn off the gas when done...
  9. Serve hot with chutney of your choice :blush:
