ABOUT Atte ka halwa RECIPE

Gurudwara style Parshad, made with wheat flour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl atta
  2. 1 bowl ghee
  3. 1 bowl sugar
  4. 2 bowl water

Instructions

  1. Add water in pan add sugar to it. Boil until sugar dissolves.
  2. Now take another pan add ghee to it add atta to the ghee in pan. Mix them until brown keep in stirring. Now when the atta is properly brown.
  3. Now add sugar syrup into the pan and start stirring it very fast. When it combines add some amount of leftover ghee into it
  4. Now serve and enjoy it:yum::yum:
