Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. RICE 1 BOWL
  2. GREEN CHILIES CHOPPED 2
  3. RED CHILLI POWDER HALF TBSP
  4. TURMERIC A PINCH
  5. BLACK PEPPER HALF TBSP
  6. CHAAT MASALA 1 TBSP
  7. SALT TO TASTE
  8. CHEESE 5 - 6 CUBES I PREFER mozzarella CHEESE
  9. OIL TO DEEP FRY
  10. BREAD CRUMBS AS NEEDED

Instructions

  1. TAKE A BOWL ADD RICE AND ALL THE SPICES MIX WELL
  2. MAKE SMALL BALLS OUT OF IT AND FILL ONE CUBE OF CHEESE INSIDE IT AND MAKE A BALL
  3. ROLL IT IN BREAD CRUMBS AND FRY
  4. SERVE HOT WITH GREEN CHUTNEY OR TOMATOE SAUCE
