Ingredients to make Semolina fingers

  • 2cup semolina
  • 4 potatoes
  • salt as per taste
  • coriander leaves
  • ginger past half table spoon
  • 1 pinch termeric powder
  • Half a spoon of cumin seeds powder
  • 1/2 table spoon red chilli powder
  • oil to fry
  • 1, 1/2 glass of water

How to make Semolina fingers

  1. Take a kadhai pour 1/2 glass of water in it and boil
  2. When it boiled put semolina on it add a small quantity of salt
  3. Boil untill water absorb and make like soft dough.
  4. Off the gas let it cool completely and keep aside
  5. Boil the potatoes upto 4 whistle
  6. Peel the potatoes and mashed it with semolina dough
  7. Add termeric powder and red chilli powder
  8. Add salt as required to adjust the taste
  9. Add coriander leaves ginger paste and cumin seeds powder
  10. Mix it well and make a soft dough
  11. Grease both palm with oil and make fingers shape with the dough
  12. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the fingers on high flame
  13. Fry untill it became golden brown
  14. Serve hot with chatni or sauce

My Tip:

Heat the oil perfectly on high flame for fry the fingers And fry only 4-5 fingers in one time
