Masala Potato Fingers

Ingredients to make Masala Potato Fingers

  • potatoes peeled and cut into fingers about 4
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric a pinch
  • cumin seeds a tsp
  • garlic mince a tsp
  • Chat masala a tsp to sprinkle on top before serving.
  • oil 2 tbsp

How to make Masala Potato Fingers

  1. If potatoes are fresh, they will take some time to get cooked
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add cumin seeds to it.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients along with the potato fingers.
  4. Mix well and cover.
  5. Let them cook on low to medium flame.
  6. Check after 15 mins.
  7. Serve them with chat masala sprinkled on top

My Tip:

You can very well use frozen fries. I did exactly the same. Makes an excellent idea for lunch box.
