Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes peeled and cut into fingers about 4
  2. Garam masala 1 tsp
  3. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  4. turmeric a pinch
  5. Cumin seeds a tsp
  6. Garlic mince a tsp
  7. Chat masala a tsp to sprinkle on top before serving.
  8. oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. If potatoes are fresh, they will take some time to get cooked
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add cumin seeds to it.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients along with the potato fingers.
  4. Mix well and cover.
  5. Let them cook on low to medium flame.
  6. Check after 15 mins.
  7. Serve them with chat masala sprinkled on top
