Chicken and potatoes are marinated with masala and then fried, super tasty plus easy

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless chicken cubes 200 gms
  2. Potato cut into cubes 1 medium
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  4. Roasted gram flour 1 tbsp
  5. Curd 2 1bsp
  6. Lime juice 1 tbsp
  7. Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Roasted coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Roasted red chilly powder1/2 tsp
  10. Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  11. salt to taste
  12. egg 1
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl ad all spices, salt, curd, gram flour, Ginger garlic paste,lime juice and mix well,
  2. Now marinate chicken and potato cubes with prepared marinade.
  3. Take skewers and first put chicken cube than potato cube, do this process two more time. And make all sticks like this. Keep for 2 hours.
  4. After two hours, break an egg in bowl and beat well, dip chicken stick in a beaten egg and deep fry in medium to low flame till potato and chicken tenders.
  5. Serve with coriander and mint chutney.
