ABOUT Rosemary bread RECIPE

Rosemary flavoured bread is ideal for your kids to have in breakfast or brunch.or you can serve in dinner alongwith tomato soup.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup flour
  2. 1 tsp yeast
  3. 1 tsp sugar
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 2 tbsp fine chop rosemary
  6. 2 tbsp butter
  7. Oil for greasing
  8. Oregano
  9. Flakes
  10. Pepper
  11. Butter for brushing bread


  1. Take lukewarm water and add yeast and sugar
  2. Mix them and leave for 10 min.
  3. Take flour in bowl
  4. Make well in center
  5. When yeast activated add in well
  6. Add salt and water make dough
  7. Knead it till smooth
  8. Oil it and cover it
  9. Keep at warm place till double
  10. After doubles take at work place knead it and add rosemary
  11. Mix in dough and devide in balls
  12. Preheat ovan
  13. Flat the ball and add butter in center and make a roll
  14. Give twist and stick both corners means make a ring
  15. Keep them for 20 min. Then brush with milk
  16. Sprinkle oregano,flakes and pepper
  17. Grease baking tray and arrange rings in tray
  18. Bake for 25 min at 180 degree
  19. Brush with butter and serve
