Ingredients to make Rosemary chicken

  • One whole chicken cut in 12 pcs
  • garlic minced 1tsp
  • lemon juice 2 tb.sp
  • Fresh rosemary 3-4 sprigs
  • olive oil 3 tb.sp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Rosemary chicken

  1. Clean and pat dry the chicken pieces.
  2. Rub lemon juice and minced garlic on the pieces along with a tb.sp of olive oil, salt and torn rosemary leaves.
  3. Keep it for some time in the marinade.
  4. Take a nonstick pan, put the chicken and the marinade in the pan. Cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes then lower the flame put the lid and let it cook for 15 minutes or till the chicken is done.
  5. Add black pepper powder and dry the extra moisture.
  6. Add remaining olive oil. Mix well.
  7. Serve hot with bread/dinner rolls /pasta/ spaghetti.

My Tip:

If possible keep it in marination for longer time. It will be softer and tastier. :blush:
