ABOUT Rosemary chicken RECIPE

Chicken cooked in olive oil with rosemary and hint of garlic and lemon seasoned with crushed black pepper. :blush:

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One whole Chicken cut in 12 pcs
  2. Garlic minced 1tsp
  3. Lemon juice 2 tb.sp
  4. Fresh rosemary 3-4 sprigs
  5. Olive oil 3 tb.sp
  6. Black Pepper 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste


  1. Clean and pat dry the chicken pieces.
  2. Rub lemon juice and minced garlic on the pieces along with a tb.sp of olive oil, salt and torn rosemary leaves.
  3. Keep it for some time in the marinade.
  4. Take a nonstick pan, put the chicken and the marinade in the pan. Cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes then lower the flame put the lid and let it cook for 15 minutes or till the chicken is done.
  5. Add black pepper powder and dry the extra moisture.
  6. Add remaining olive oil. Mix well.
  7. Serve hot with bread/dinner rolls /pasta/ spaghetti.
