Nooodles are loved by all, so this is a quick recipe to make the delicious chinese hakka noodles at home.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 packet hakka noodles
  2. Water aa required
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Refined oil 5 spoon
  5. 1 spoon minced garlic
  6. 1½ cup thinely sliced veggies (capsicum,onion,cabbagr,carrot)
  7. Tomato sauce 4 spoon
  8. Black pepper powder ½ spoon
  9. Chill sauce 2 spoon
  10. Soya sauce 1 spoon
  11. Vinegar ½ spoon


  1. Boil water in a big pan
  2. Add noodles,salt and 2 spoon oil
  3. Cook noodles on mediumw flame
  4. Stir occasionally
  5. When noodles are cooked strain in a strainer and pour cold water on it
  6. Heat remaining oil in a wok
  7. Add garlic
  8. Add veggies and salt
  9. saute on high flame until they are cooked and crunchy
  10. Add sauces,black pepper,and vinegar
  11. Add noodles
  12. Toss well on high flame
  13. Serve hot
