ABOUT Chocolate Cake RECIPE

Its a kids contest so especially for my kids.

Ingredients Serving: 6

2 cups maida, 1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp baking podr,1/4 tsp soda
Sugar 1cup, pinch of salt,
Malai 1 cup 1 tsp vanila ess
1/2milk melted chocolate
Whip cream 1 cup
Green purple food colour
Chocolate chips nd heart shape chocolates
Silver balls

Instructions

Sieve all dry ingredients.
Take a pot add malai & sugar, whisk it for few seconds.
Add dry ingredients, add melted chocolate milk and vanilla essence. Bake it in a preheated oven for 30-35 mins at 180 degree celsius.
Cool it on a wire rack.
Whisk the whipped cream ,don't over beat it . put it in 2 bowls ,add green in one & purple in the other.
Make rosette designs with big rose nozzles ,decorate with chocolate chips and heart shape chocolates , silver balls
