Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 tablespoon pure ghee
  2. 1/2 cup sugar according to taste
  3. half Cup thin sewaiyan
  4. 1 tbsp custard powder
  5. two piece already prepared kalakand
  6. one teaspoon green cardamom powder
  7. 1/2 litre milk
  8. 1/2 cup Cream
  9. For topping, 2 tbsp pure ghee
  10. 1/2 cup thin sewaiyan
  11. half cup nicely choped dry fruits
  12. 2 tbsp Sugar
  13. 4 tbsp dry milk powder

Instructions

  1. in a deep vessels add milk and cream and bring it to boil
  2. Melt desi ghee in deep vessels,fry the sewaiyan in it till light brown in colour
  3. Add sewayain in cream and milk mixture and mix (keep stiring between)
  4. Now add sugar and cardamom powder and boil it till milk thicken
  5. Take custard powder and milk in a bowl and dissolve this
  6. Now add this dissolve custard powder in cook sewaiyan and mix it
  7. Now add already prepared crushed kala kand and mix it nicely switch of gas and keep aside it to cool
  8. For toppings, Melt ghee in other pan and add sewainyan in it to fry for 2 minutes in low flame
  9. Now add chopped dry fruits in it and get it also
  10. Now add sugar and mix well
  11. Now add dry milk powder in this mix well , switch of gas and keep aside this
  12. For serving, place toppings in first,now place cook and cool sewayain and finally place toppings over it
  13. Garnish with some pistachio chironji and with almonds
  14. Serve as for more impression and for more taste
