Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ingredients for veg meat balls
  2. 1/2 cup soaked kidney beans paste
  3. 1/2 cup soaked chickpeas paste
  4. 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  5. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  6. 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  7. 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
  8. 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  9. salt and crushed black pepper as per your taste
  10. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  11. 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Ingredients for spaghetti
  14. 250 gm spaghetti
  15. 4-5 cups water
  16. 1 teaspoon salt
  17. 1 teaspoon oil
  18. Ingredients for sauce
  19. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  20. 3 medium size tomatoes finely chopped
  21. 1 medium size onion finely chopped
  22. 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
  23. 1 teaspoon sugar
  24. 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  25. 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  26. Salt and crushed black pepper as per your taste
  27. Grated parmesan cheese as required


  1. For veg meatballs take a bowl add all ingredients except bread crumbs and make thick mixture.
  2. Now make ball from the mixture and coat them with bread crumbs.
  3. Heat the oil and fry them till light brown and keep them aside.
  4. Now heat a pan with water add salt and oil, and allow it to boil.
  5. When water boils add spaghetti and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  6. After this, strain the spaghetti and keep it aside.
  7. For sauce heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and garlic and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Add chopped tomatoes and saute till it get cooked.
  9. Then add parsley, sugar, tomato ketchup, crushed pepper and salt,mix them well and turn off the stove.
  10. Add drained spaghetti and toss well in the sauce.
  11. To serve, top cooked spaghetti with veg meatballs, and sprinkle some parmesan cheese, finely chopped parsley and coriander.
