Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. chicken -2 leg pieces
  2. turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  3. cumin powder -1/4 teaspoon
  4. chicken masala -1/2 teaspoon
  5. black pepper powder- 1/4 teaspoon
  6. curd- 2 tablespoon
  7. lemon juice -1/2 teaspoon
  8. mustard oil- 1 tablespoon
  9. ginger garlic paste- 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chicken masala powder ,black pepper powder, lemon juice , salt ,garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, mustard oil
  2. marinate the chicken pieces for 1 hour
  3. preheat the micro oven and cook the chicken in micro option for 5 minutes
  4. After 5 minutes , turn the chicken pieces and cook it more 5 minutes in micro option
  5. Then grill the chicken pieces for 5 minutes in grill option
  6. After 5 minutes turn the chicken and grill it more for 5 minutes in grill option.
  7. The tandoori chicken is ready to be served now, serve with green chutney on the side.
