Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Maida or wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Suger 1/2 tsp
  3. Water 1/4 cup or less
  4. Oil 1 tsp
  5. Brown bread 2
  6. Butter 1 sheet
  7. Cheese 2 sheets
  8. Melted Chocolate 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Add maida/wheat Flour in bowl add little water,pinch of salt and oil. prepare dough.
  2. Heat pan and make 1 flat thin roti.
  3. Take brown bread and remove side parts
  4. Cut the roti into squares, and apply butter and sprinkle sugar inside.
  5. Now place similar sized brown bread pieces on top of the rotis.
  6. Then for sheets keep 2 cheese sheets , sprinkle sugar between them. Keep it on top of bread
  7. Equal sides and shape is important cut sides if it not equal.
  8. Fold it like a book. Write your name or decorate the front page with melted chocolate
