ABOUT Vanilla Loaf Cake RECIPE

This is a delicious loaf cake, which is perfect snack and tea time cake.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  2. 2 cups sugar
  3. 1/2 cup melted butter
  4. 1 tesp vanilla extract
  5. 4 Eggs
  6. 3/4 cup Milk
  7. 2 1/4 tesp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Butter and dust with all purpose flour a 9"×9" loaf pan.
  2. Preheat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl whisk eggs and sugar fluffy and creamy.
  4. Fold in the seived all purpose flour and baking powder, add melted butter ,vanilla and milk.
  5. Whisk for 2minutes till well combined.
  6. Transfer to the loaf tin,tap tin once or twice to release air bubbles.
  7. Bake at 180 ℃ for 40 minutes or till a skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean.
  8. Remove ,let cool for 10 minutes, invert the cake,place on a wire rack to cool completely,to get a neat slice of the cake.
