Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 glass basmati rice ( washed and soaked)
  2. 1/2 small bowl besan
  3. 1 slice of cheese
  4. 4 cloves
  5. 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 small bowl of refined oil


  1. Wash and soak rice for 20 minutes after that keep a pressure cooker on gas with 1 & 1/4 glass of water.
  2. Switch of gas after one whistle open it when their is no steam in the cooker.Let it cool down and stir them.
  3. Now take a pan with 1/2 teaspoon of refined oil and put little salt, soy sauce and rice in it . Stir it and rice will become light brown in texture of Teddy..
  4. Take a bowl full of Besan put salt and red chilli powder in it and make a medium mixture.
  5. Switch on gas and put a pan with oil in it & when it becomes hot then put Besan mixture in it with big spoon spread it andake Chilla.
  6. Now give it a shape of blanket and pillow by cutting it with knife & one big and one small rice balls in oval shape for face and stomach.
  7. Make 4- medium size oval shapes for 4 legs.
  8. Cut cheese slices in shape of mouth and ears .Stick one clove in his mouth on cheese and 2 cloves in shape of eyes.
  9. All kids will like this little teddy.
