About kadi Recipe

This is made with curd, a delicious side dish to be served with just some steamed rice.

Ingredients to make kadi

  • 2 cups curd
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 spoons besan
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder
  • curry leaves 2
  • red chiili dry 2
  • green chiili slit1

How to make kadi

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add curd, besan, salt ,turmeric and whisk well. Keep aside.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, add all the green chillies, curry leaves and dry red chillies, toss well then add the whisked mixture above.
  3. Cook well and then add water for the gravy, let this mixture boil and cook. Once cooked, check for seasoning and serve hot with some rice.

My Tip:

make sure your curd is sour
