Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dosa rice 2 cup
  2. Curd 1 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak rice for 2-3 hours.
  2. Add in Mixie jar, combine salt to taste, sufficient curd.
  3. Grind smoothly.
  4. Transfer into a bowl.
  5. Mix the batter, if needed add some curd, the batter is like idli batter.
  6. Heat an iron tava, grease the oil.
  7. Pour laddle full of batter.
  8. Spread thinly, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes in medium flame.
  9. Open the lid, remove and serve in hot with chutney.
