Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Monaco or any salty Biscuits 20
  2. curd 250 gms
  3. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  4. Oregano 1 tsp
  5. sugar 1 tsp
  6. salt 1/2 tsp
  7. coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  8. Boiled peas 1/2 cup
  9. Green chilli 1 chopped fine
  10. capsicum 1/2chopped very fine


  1. Hang the curd in a muslin clothes so that there remains no water in the curd. It will take 2 hours .
  2. Take out the hung curd in a bowl.Add salt,sugar,oregano,black pepper,coriander,lemon juice ,capsicum and chilli.Mix it well
  3. Take biscuit in hand and spread the mixer on it.Do it the same with other biscuits.
  4. Put them in a shallow dish. Garnish with boiled peas.
  5. Serve and finish it instantly.Otherwise it may turn soggy.
