Russian kabab is a delious blend of chicken with veggies...crispy from outside soft inside these kababs are extremely easy to make..so next time enjoy your tea with this lip smacking snack!!

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 200g boneless chicken
  2. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  3. 1 tsp Garlic paste
  4. 2tblsp crushed green chillies
  5. 1/2cup grated carrot
  6. 1/4 cup chopped french beans
  7. 2 nos potato
  8. 1/4 cup chopped Capsicum
  9. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  10. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  11. 1/2 tsp zeera powder
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil for Deep frying
  14. 1 egg
  15. Crushed vermicelli for coating

Instructions

  1. In a pan add in boneless chicken.
  2. Add in ginger and garlic paste along with crushed green chillies.
  3. Add very little water and cook until chicken is tender and water dries up.
  4. Shred the cooked chicken and keep aside.
  5. Boil the potato and mash them.
  6. Now add in the mashed potato and the vegetables to the shredded chicken.
  7. Add in salt ,pepper ,zeera powder and garam masala.
  8. Combine well and make small flat kababs
  9. Beat the egg.
  10. Now dip the kabab in the egg one at a time and then coat with crushed vermicelli.
  11. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown in colour.
  12. Enjoy with mayonnaise or any sauce of your choice.
