Ingredients to make Dal kabab

  • 3 cup hung curd
  • 1 cup dry roasted besan (roast on medium heat till it becomes brown)
  • 1 medium sized chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon chilli paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon kabab masala
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 Teaspoon chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
  • oil for Deep frying
  • salt to taste

How to make Dal kabab

  1. Take bowl,add hung curd ,chopped onion,chilli paste ,garlic ginger paste,Coriander leaves;roasted cumin,roasted dry besan .mix well.
  2. Now add chilli powder,Salt ,chaat masala ,kabab masala .garam masala mix well.make flatten tikki from it.keep aside.
  3. Now heat oil in kadai on medium heat.and deep fry kabab in hot oil.fry it till becomes golden.
  4. Remove it, turn off gas and keep kabab on absorbent paper, it will be very soft so handle properly.
  5. Serve it with chutney and enjoy.
