  • Dried grated coconut 1 cup
  • jaggery 3/4 cup
  • water 1/2 cup
  • Badam cashews and groundnuts 1/4 cup
  • Cardamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • ghee

How to make Coconut Laddu (Made with Jaggery)

  1. TAKE 1/4 CUP ASSORTED BADAM, CASHEWS AND PEANUTS
  2. TAKE 1 CUP GRATED DRIED COCONUT
  3. TAKE 3/4 CUP JAGGERY
  4. ADD GHEE IN KADAI. ADD ASSORTED NUTS
  5. FRY FOR 2 MINUTES
  6. ADD 1 CUP DRIED GRATED COCONUT
  7. FRY TILL YOU GET GOOD AROMA
  8. SET ASIDE
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER
  10. ADD 3/4 CUP JAGGERY
  11. ADD 1/2 TSP CARDAMON POWDER
  12. MIX WELL
  13. BOIL TILL ONE STRING CONSISTENCY
  14. ADD COCONUT MIXTURE
  15. INCORPORATE SYRUP WITH COCONUT
  16. TURN OFF THE FLAME
  17. GREASE A PLATE WITH GHEE
  18. COOL THE MIXTURE
  19. SHAPE LADDUS
  20. COCONUT LADDU READY!!
  21. SERVE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM
