About Kesar badam lassi Recipe

This is a delicious cool drink for summer,made with saffron and almonds.

Kesar badam lassi

Ingredients to make Kesar badam lassi

  • 4 cups fresh sweet curd
  • 5 spoon sugar
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/4cup badaam (soaked and make paste)
  • 2tbsp crushed badaam
  • 1/4tsp kesar
  • 1/4tsp badaam essence

How to make Kesar badam lassi

  1. Whip badam [almond] paste with curd and milk
  2. Add sugar,kesar, water and essence in it
  3. Whip again for 2 to 3 minutes
  4. Pour it in glasses
  5. Sprinkle crushed badam and Kesar over it
  6. Served chilled

My Tip:

You can also add rooh afza or rose water in lassi
