Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Almonds (Badam) 20, soaked overnight in water.
  2. Saffron (Kesar) 1 tsp.
  3. Whole milk 2 cups
  4. Honey 2 tbsp


  1. Soak 20 badam (almonds) in water overnight and in the next morning peel the skin and grind the almonds.
  2. Take a two cups of milk in boiling pan and add kesar (saffron) into it.
  3. Boil this badam paste with mixture of milk and kesar.
  4. Stir it well and add 2 tbsp honey for taste.
  5. Boil it till milk get warm and turn off the flame and sieve it in a cups.
  6. Garnish with dry fruits and here, sweet, tasty and healthy Kesar - Badam milk is ready to serve.
