Kulfi involves the perfect blend of spices which makes it very unique!

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 litre full cream milk
  2. 2 tablespoon milk powder
  3. 1/2 cup Sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon kesar strands
  5. 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
  6. 1 teaspoon rose water
  7. 8-9 almonds (ground)

Instructions

  1. In a wok, heat milk and reduce it to half.
  2. Add milk powder, sugar, kesar strands and ground almonds and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
  3. Add rose water and cardamom powder and switch off the flame. Let this cool.
  4. Pour this into an aluminium tin or a freezer safe plastic container.
  5. Freeze for 3-4 hours or until set. Cut into pieces and serve!
