A simple keema recipe which taste delicious with bun

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. keema 350 grams
  2. raw papaya paste 2tbsp
  3. ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  4. boiled Soya granules half cup
  5. red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  6. coriander powder to teaspoon
  7. jeera powder half teaspoon
  8. salt to taste
  9. onions 2 chopped
  10. green chilli 4
  11. coriander leaves chopped 3 tablespoon
  12. breadcrumbs half cup
  13. egg 1
  14. mustard oil 4 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Marinate all the ingredients together for 2hours
  2. Keep aside covered
  3. Heat oil and add everything and cook till keema is soft and it leaves oil
  4. Serve with onions and green chutney
